About the Role
As Head of Partnerships at Top Universe NGO, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders across Africa. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach and impact by forging relationships that support our mission to democratize technology education.
You will work closely with the leadership team to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for social impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development or business development
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the African tech ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with NGOs or social impact organizations preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure mutual value creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership initiatives
- Track and report on partnership metrics and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong network in the African tech and education sectors
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for education and social impact
