This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior and the standards we uphold. By participating in our programs, events, or online spaces, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Our goal is to create a space where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive without fear of discrimination, harassment, or exclusion.

Expected behaviors
We expect all community members to:
Use welcoming and inclusive language
Respect differing viewpoints and experiences
Accept constructive criticism gracefully
Focus on what is best for the community
Show empathy towards other community members
Give credit where credit is due
Be patient with beginners and those learning
Maintain confidentiality when appropriate
Unacceptable behaviors
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion
Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
Trolling, insulting comments, or personal attacks
Public or private harassment
Publishing others' private information without permission
Plagiarism or claiming others' work as your own
Any conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Scope of application
This Code of Conduct applies to all Top Universe NGO spaces, including:
Physical Spaces
Classrooms, training centers, events, and meetups
Online Spaces
Learning platforms, forums, chat groups, and social media
Events
Workshops, hackathons, career fairs, and community gatherings
Communications
Emails, messages, and any official Top Universe NGO channels
Reporting violations
How to report code of conduct violations
Document the Incident
Note what happened, when it occurred, who was involved, and any witnesses. Screenshots or other evidence can be helpful.
Report to Leadership
Contact our team at [email protected] or speak directly with a program coordinator or instructor.
Confidential Review
We will review your report confidentially and take appropriate action to address the situation.
Follow-up
We will follow up with you about the outcome and any steps taken to resolve the issue.

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality. We are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of those who report violations.
Enforcement & consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, consequences may include:
Warning: A private or public warning about the behavior
Temporary Suspension: Temporary removal from programs or community spaces
Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from all Top Universe NGO programs and spaces
Legal Action: In cases of serious violations, we may involve law enforcement
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all community members.
