Application & Enrollment
How do I apply to Top Universe NGO programs?
Visit our Apply page and fill out the application form. You'll need to provide basic information about yourself, your educational background, and why you want to join our program. The application is completely free.
What are the eligibility requirements?
You must be at least 16 years old, have basic computer literacy, and be committed to completing the program. No prior coding experience is required for most tracks. We welcome learners from all backgrounds.
How long does the application process take?
We review applications on a rolling basis. You can expect to hear back within 2-3 weeks of submitting your application. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
Is there an application fee?
No. Top Universe NGO is 100% free. There are no application fees, tuition fees, or hidden costs. We believe education should be accessible to everyone.
Programs & Curriculum
What programs do you offer?
We offer multiple career tracks including Frontend Development, Backend Development, Full-Stack Development, UI/UX Design, Product Design, Product Management, Data Analysis, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI Engineering, and No-Code Development.
How long are the programs?
Most programs run for 6-12 months, depending on the track and your pace. We offer both full-time and part-time options to accommodate different schedules.
Can I switch tracks after starting?
Yes, you can switch tracks within the first 4 weeks of the program if you feel another track is a better fit. Contact your program coordinator to discuss your options.
Do I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion from Top Universe NGO. We also help you build a portfolio of projects to showcase your skills to potential employers.
Technical Support
I don't have a laptop. Can I still join?
Yes! We provide laptops to learners who need them. Indicate this in your application, and we'll ensure you have the equipment you need to succeed.
What if I don't have reliable internet access?
We provide internet stipends to learners who need them. We also have physical learning centers with internet access where you can study and work on projects.
I'm having trouble accessing the learning platform. What should I do?

Can I access course materials after the program ends?
