About the Role
As Head of Programs at Top Universe NGO, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our educational programs across multiple countries in Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring program quality, measuring impact, and continuously improving our offerings to meet the needs of learners.
You will manage a team of program managers and work closely with instructors, partners, and stakeholders to deliver world-class technology education. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in program management and a passion for education.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in education or social impact
- Proven track record of scaling programs across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of technology education and training
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience working in or with African markets
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program strategy aligned with organizational mission
- Lead program design, implementation, and evaluation
- Manage program team and provide mentorship and guidance
- Establish program metrics and track impact
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enhance program delivery
- Ensure program quality and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
